So news in the industry shows you just where GM is going. And that's no where. Todays great news comes from plants not being closed as scheduled.
The General Motors Arlington Plant was scheduled to be shut down for a short time beginning on May 11th. HOWEVER, due to NEW orders GM is keeping the plant open, at the current moment, for an extra week. Meaning that at this time the plant will only be shot down from May 19th - July 13th. Some of which is normal for GM as they restructure plants for the new model year vehicles. And you never know, if things continue on this track the closing time could be pushed off even further.
All in all though, it just goes to show that the company is heading in the right direction and as a GM Dealer we too are heading in the right direction and will be here for you now and years into the future.
