Because we care...

We all hear stories about how bad this experience was or how bad that experience was, and when purchasing a new or pre-owned car those stories seem to come around all to often. And it effects all of us, that's why here at Northwest Hills we have a different goal in mind.

Of course we have to sell vehicles, that's how we'll stay in business. However, we don't want to sell vehicles with those old fashioned tactics. The games, the stress, the lies. Here at Northwest Hills, we believe that we'll sell vehicles to individuals who realize we're doing everything we can to change the business. At least for us...

And you know what, if you're not happy, the owner wants to know about it. Sure other dealers say the same thing, but here, it's true. He really does care. Not only does her care about you, the client but he cares about all of his employees. He's honest, sincere and wants things done right. He's proud to be in the automotive industry and makes his employees feel that same way, why does that matter to you? Simple, his happy employees are going to spread that energy onto you and that's where it all starts. It all starts up top and works on down. Right to the client. You...

So next time you hear of a bad story about how this dealer treated me like this, or that dealer treated me like that, think about us and how it's our goal to make all the stories from Northwest Hills Great ones! Yes, that's right, not just good ones but GREAT ONES! We enjoy hearing our name out on the streets and in the surrounding communities with kind comments. There's nothing better than standing in line and hearing someone behind you or infront of you talking about how simple and stress free their entire purchasing experience was at Northwest Hills.
